Most of New Orleans is being boarded up and evacuated… But not the two blocks of gay businesses in the French Quarter. The intersection of Bourbon and St. Ann is bustling with shirtless men and dance music. The best part is the block where they have windows boarded up, but are still building a stage for tonight’s concert.
