So I’m reading this whilst sitting on the balcony & show tunes are being sung (off-key & extremely loudly) somewhere under me…it made me laugh as I was reading this, which was extremely well written (as most of your stuff is). Have you given any serious thought to writing a book or anything? I’d read it!

Yes, for anyone late to the party, this was just a silly April Fool’s Day joke! Though the best fiction comes from a foundation of reality, right? Stay tuned for another follow-up post, but no, I’m not planning to move away from NYC anytime soon.

First of all, I hate you. Second of all, I am glad this is not the case but even mentioning it means deep down it’s eventually a possibility and I’m fine with saying that because it was an actual reality (act up! fight aids!) for me and while I hope that’s never the case for you, if it ever should be, I hope this A.F.D.joke makes you realize how OK that is. And lastly, I would prefer you follow-up this post with one outlining all the things you love about New York and why and how much you love living there…
