College Student vs. Westboro Baptist Church

You might have heard of the Westboro Baptist Church already, but just in case… They’re an organization led by a man named Fred Phelps, and are primarily known for their media-grabbing picketing efforts, blasting everyone they can think of and insisting that God hates the United States for its tolerance of gays.

College student Jason Connell decided to fight back recently, with a charming idea of payback. Click below to see the video.

How fitting is it that the Westboro Baptist Church name be associated with donations to organizations that keep their members tossing and turning in bed at night, dreaming of gays and Jews and soldiers all going to Hell?

For more information on the WBC, feel free to check out their charming website: www.godhatesfags.com (and no, this is not a joke)

Thanks, Jason Connell, for taking a principled stand against these hateful people. Hopefully one day they’ll come to their senses and stop devoted such a large portion of their thoughts (and lives) to such an evil cause.
