Life changing discovery

On Monday of this week, I had a profound experience that may end up changing the way I eat from here on out. Now, I realize that’s a pretty strong statement, but some experiences just change your life, and there’s no going back.

I DARE you to eat Edy’s Girl Scouts Samoas Cookie limited edition ice cream, and then ever want to eat anything else, ever again. Go ahead and try.

You may be thinking, “This is a silly thing to devote an entire blog entry to.” And a day ago, I would’ve agreed with you… But that was before my eyes (and taste buds) were opened.

What’s even more amazing is that this confectionary delight only clocks in at 150 calories per serving… Which means that even if you double it (and come on, who only eats 1/2 cup of ice cream in one sitting?) you STILL aren’t adding an unspeakable amount of calories to your day. (Once in awhile… you’ll have to resist eating this at every month, somehow.)

But as with all astoundingly awesome discoveries, there’s a sad discovery sneaking up behind it… This is a limited edition product, only available January through April. I can’t BELIEVE I wasted three and a half months of my life without knowing about this!

In lip-quivering “make the best of things” fashion, I invite you to enjoy what little time you and Samoas ice cream hypothetically have left together… You can check the manufacturer’s website for a handy search tool, locate a store near you that carries this heavenly product, and rush out to fill your freezer with them while you still can.

Enjoy… but don’t say I didn’t warn you. Your palate may never be the same!
