I’ve done a lot of work with Bank of America’s employee network for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) employees over the years, but I’ve never been more proud of this team. Earlier this year, the team filmed a video to be shared internally in an effort to encourage “allies” to visibly support their LGBT teammates.
